Communications update

Three months since being set up, we are making good progress with the Portland Watch scheme including:

• 8 Neighbourhood watch signs have now been installed across the Portland Watch zone to raise awareness about the scheme and act as a visible deterrent against crime. Read more on our news page.

• Registration now open to volunteer as Street wardens - application process here.

• National Neighbourhood Watch Network (NHWN) development seminar invitations

• £50 discount on home security Ring video doorbells for Bedfordshire residents - take advantage of this July offer here.

• Other news updates include home security advice, reporting fly-tipping, and safe driving
